Returns and Refunds

We offer 30 day free & return policy, you have 30 day from delivery date to return the package, before you pack the package and drop off at any carrier location, make sure to send a return request first to support@skymusic.us, we won't accept any uninformed returns.
Return instructions:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is received defective or wrong item was sent.

Included in your package please include a copy of the packing list and your return form clearly indicating your reason for returning the product.

Returns must be in factory fresh, re-sellable condition, and you must include ALL original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.

The customer is held responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. To prevent damage, make sure the return is packaged correctly.

Insure the return package and save your tracking number! Make sure it is insured for the full value of the purchase. We are NOT responsible if your return merchandise is lost in the mail.

We may refuse returned item if package or item is severely damaged; restocking fee may also apply if returned item shows obvious wear, usage or missing items. Buyer will be informed before such charge.
